I would like to suggest to add cameras in the kitchen, I bought my breakfast the night before because I was going to the airport early in the morning next day, and someone ate my food, even though was labeled. There any many other complaints about this situation, so please do something to catch this kind of people and ban from the hostel. Thank you!!!

This hotel is gorgeous and located on the main strip, Gran Via, and is close to everything. The City points of interest are easily accessible from this central location. It's beautifully decorated. The hotel is stylish, modern and boho. The view is amazing from the balcony. The staff are really helpful. The spa is delightful and the steam room, sauna, and plunge pool is included with the stay.
