Free BF with loads to choose however the fresh pastries caught my attention. High customer service from reception to kitchen staffs - Victoria, Pele, Ester and another lady from kitchen. High salute to Silvia and Marco both from reception, super helpful with queries and directions...extending efforts to fulfill...

"The hotel is conveniently situated and all the main areas of the city centre are only a short walk away. All of the hotel staff we met were helpful, friendly and professional and they made our stay a very pleasant one. There is a good choice of food on the breakfast buffet. Our room was comfortable and was cleaned every day. Our room was on the first floor and for anyone with access issues it is worth noting that the lift stops at a landing between floors, rather than at the floor itself. "

"Well served area, a lot of landmarks and restaurants at walking distance. Place is spartan but clean. Check in info was sent into spam folder unlike the confirmation mail, and the contact number was on answering machine. Troubled sleep as other ppl came in slamming doors and screaming at midnight and 3.30am, no one to pay the 2.60€ fee so I left it with the keys at self check out."
