Staff was really nice, room was cleaned daily, view from the restaurant is top tier. The negative was that the room was extremely small, with the beds almost touching each other , otherwise you could not fit two beds in there. I was also supposed to receive a bottle of wine per check in, and I was given a personal size bottle of prosecco upon my request, which felt like false advertising . The staff was always pleasant, and the view from the restaurant is lovely. The walk to the duomo is about 15 minutes.

The hotel is really beautiful, service is great, room is big, clean, has all the amenities. Food is super delicious and great variety for breakfast or dinner. Had little confusion for the extra charge for SPA, so be aware it cost extra, but in Expedia site its not really visible, so needs to be updated. But SPA is worth visiting, really great. Overall enjoyed our stay, thank uoy to reception team for being so helpful and welcoming, bar and restaurant staff for their great service.

The lobby had a very strong floral scent thats overpowering. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. The water pressure wasnt the greatest and the water kept going cold and hot while showering. Everything was fairly priced. But the scent of the libby when coming and going was what ruined ...
