9.4/10 Exceptional! (2,280 reviews)
Beautiful hotel , staff were very friendly ,made us feel at home. The Skyline Suite was gorgeous with lovely views over the city.We celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary on this trip , thank to Pan Pacific for the card and cake it was much appreciated. Club lounge service was excellent all the staff were very professional; the food exceeded my expectations. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, hopefully we will be able to visit again.
