This room provides direct access to the terrace. Additionally, there is a separate room of 40 square meters with a French bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm long, a shower/WC, satellite TV with a flat screen, air conditioning, and access to the terrace. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC on this level.
