"First the pros: the property owner was good with communication & very flexible and honored a request that we made, which was very accommodating & kind of them. However, it should be disclosed that the owner’s belongings & clothes are in the cabin as well as food in the fridge & freezer. Also, the shower wasn’t clean and I had to wash it out due to sludge floating in the tub when showering, which wasn’t pleasant. It felt like a safe place though & was definitely quiet. If it’s going to be a full fledged rental I’d say it needs some care & clearing of personal items. We also have a rental but know that renters don’t want our stuff in the space also."

"We had a wonderful stay this weekend at Plum Point. The cabin is adorable with a rich history and beautiful view. We had an issue with an air mattress that was immediately addressed. I do wish to point out that 6 adults is a stretch, we made it work but I feel it’s perfect for 2, maybe 4 people. The hubby and I will definitely be back as I’m sure our sons and their wives will also just maybe not all at the same time. "
