As everyone says, Emily is a Premier Host for a reason! This place was the perfect place for our family (including kids aged 20, 18, and 15 years old). We all felt like Eiderway cottage was so peaceful and perfect that we couldn't wait to return each day after our many adventures that we had planned. We were able to swim in the bay at low tide (must have water shoes), hunt for rocks and shells on the private stone beach, have cookouts on the grill, just sit on that porch and soak in the most spectacular view, and have a relaxing small campfire on the stone beach at low tide. Emily was very helpful and communicative via the messaging inbox to help make our stay perfect, but also made sure that the cottage was so well-stocked and spotlessly-clean, and that the instructions for check-in/check-out were so easy that you didn't have to contact her, if you preferred it that way (but we were lucky to meet her, and she is a true gem!). We hit all the major tourist sites within a 15-20 minute drive. If we didn't live so far away, I could easily name this as our favorite spot to return yearly! I do hope to return again, one day.
