The property is not as described. There was no on site parking. They state on site on the description. However, after you are forced to complete an unnecessarily arduous check in process wherein you have to log and upload each occupant’s information they send you a What’s App message with a map to the parking facility which is blocks away. Additionally, they don’t clearly mark the unit and or floors. Hence, you are forced to find everything as if you were on a treasure hunt. At the end of a long journey with a family and multiple large pieces of luggage to haul for blocks down cobbles stones that you can’t roll luggage on, this way no way to greet customers. I rarely like to leave bad reviews. I hesitated on this one. However, where one is clearly misstating the facts, there is an obligation to respond. By the way, they refused to agree to a refund when I realized the untruths before check in.
