「Staff at reception welcomed us while chewing. Decent sized room, but it was 26,5C in there - when called reception was told air conditioning is not working yet. Night was quite unpleasant, as on top of no air con, ventilation was also missing (both in the room and in the bathroom).
Spa experience was also disappointing- one of the 2 pools was not open. The jacuzzi was not clean (visible floating all kind of things). The steam bath was making a loud noise at times. Cold water „pool“ was filled...
