Marie-Claire warmly welcomes you to this large, cosy and rustic gîte, labelled Gîtes de France, nestled on a green estate of 2 hectares in the heart of the Côtes-d'Armor. Former renovated farmhouse, this independent cottage promises you an exotic and rejuvenating stay, in the heart of nature.

Located only 1 km from the town and its shops, 10 km from the beaches and the famous customs path (GR34), and 6 km from an 18-hole golf course, it is ideal for discovering Brittany while enjoying the calm of the countryside.

On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a warm living room with lounge area and fireplace for convivial evenings, as well as a bathroom and separate toilets. Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms accommodate up to 5 people: one with a 160x200 bed, a second with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed.

Outside, you will enjoy a large shared landscaped garden, a terrace for your outdoor meals, a sandpit and a ping-pong table for young and old. The cottage also has a cot and a baby chair, and your pets are welcome to share these moments with you.
