You will appreciate its outdoor space comprising a large garden and a terrace fitted with a barbecue, perfect for sharing meals or relaxing in the sun.



Inside, you will discover a beautiful living area of 50 m² beautifully decorated with exposed stonework. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven and gas hob), provides everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a filter coffee maker and a toaster are also at your disposal. Share your meals around the indoor table or enjoy the one on the terrace on fine days. In the evening, settle comfortably in the lounge area, facing the television.



The accommodation has 3 bedrooms upstairs:

Bedroom 1: two single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be pushed together to form a King Size bed, a wardrobe and a sofa.

Bedroom 2: one double bed (140 x 190 cm) and two single beds (90 x 190 cm).

Bedroom 3: one single bed (90 x 190 cm) and children's toys.



The bathroom is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a shower, whilst the WC is separate for added convenience.



A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also at your disposal.



You will benefit from two private parking spaces outside.
