"To be honest, I knew the apartment was dated but it didn't appear very clean either. For example, the bed linens seemed worn and old, the bathroom (shower) smelled moldy, the trash wasn't taken out in the kitchen, and the bathroom towels smelled bad. "I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and met our expectations. The staff was friendly, and everything we needed was available. It may not be the most luxurious place, but it was perfectly adequate for our trip and offered good value for the price. Overall, a pleasant stay."

"Check in was a very good experience, friendly helpful staff, although it was a bit disappointing that our room wasn’t ready at around 3:45. OK, website says 4… Parking situation was another matter, from a staff and systems perspective this needs some changes. It’s a complicated system and they do not provide a concise set of instructions to take with you or make a snapshot of. Our biggest gripe was the unfriendly, hostile nature of the underground parking lot attendant (tall, thin, in his 50’s) at around 07:00. Rapid speech, arrogance, “our system works perfectly”, and loudness got to the point where I nearly stepped out of the car for a more thorough confrontation which he came very close to earning. My German is good so I understand what was being conveyed. Other than that…no issues."
