「Friendly welcome. The hut was absolutely spotless. Great welcome pack. The hut had everything that you would need. Bed was so comfortable, great sleep. We didn’t have any hot water one day so we messaged for help. We received an instant message back that someone would be there asap. Within 10 minutes max it was sorted which was just a gas bottle swap. Beautiful scenery and was totally relaxing. We could not fault our stay we did not want to leave.」

「This could be a lovely property & appears to have been recently renovated to a good standard. However it is let down by several maintenance issues (one bedroom & bathroom window not opening or closing properly, bedroom door not closing, broken and ill-fitting toilet seat), and the quality of the mattresses and bedding which was really poor when compared to the most basic Premier Inn/Travelodge.
