The bed and breakfast includes WiFi, step-free access and interior, and breakfast served from 8:30 am to 10:00 am. Additional amenities include homemade olive oil, jam, and honey, plus a baby crib available upon request.



Step outside to enjoy your private garden with lemon trees and 2 private uncovered terraces, one equipped with a kitchenette and private grill. The property features a spacious breakfast and dining room with air conditioning, fireplace, and television for guest use. Shared table tennis is also available for entertainment.



You will find 1 shared on-site parking space within the villa grounds, and guests receive a remote control for convenient gate access at any hour. One pet is allowed, while events are not permitted on the property. Dinner is served upon request to the bed and breakfast.



The villa sits at 600 meters altitude on the slopes of Mount Etna, positioned 15 km from Catania, 25 km from the airport, and 6 km from the highway exit. The sea and Mount Etna are both 30 minutes away by car, making this an ideal base for exploring eastern Sicily's tourist sites.
