Check in was a breeze. Dinner was wonderful. Our room was excellent for our short stay. And breakfast included something for just about everyone.

This is a fine option if you just want a barebones room to crash in while visiting Milan. The staff is very nice and professional. Our room for 3 was quite small and the outside wall was baffingly banged up and dirty. The rest of the room was fine - the bathroom was nicely updated which clashed with the rest of worn-down room. Location is very good within a short walk of Crocetta station. Another plus is the fact that within a few steps is an amazingly good and reasonably-priced restaurant, Razdora. If you stay at Crivi's you need to go eat at Razdora - tell chef Matteo that Mathieu from Canada sent you (seriously, just go!)

Had a good experience staying at this hotel. The staff were great, breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. Only thing I would change is the pillows offered, they were quite uncomfortable. Other than that, it was pretty good.

This hotel looks very nice. Room is clean and no noise. The staffs are polite and friendly. The breakfast is free and offers plenty of variety.

Very nice modern and clean place to stay by the airport in which you can also also take their shuttle services for a fee back and forth to the train station/airport for getting around as well.
