「This hotel delivered a great experience overall. The staff, particularly Pasindu, who went above and beyond, were very friendly, helpful, and fluent in English, which made everything easy from check in, to local recommendations. 「We were not able to stay here. The host was unavailable and actually hung up on me. I would not recommend this to any one. We ended up get a different to stay after checking 4 other place. Last at night and very stressful after a long day of driving. I would like to request that I be refunded for the total amount I paid」
