The location is somewhat in the middle between Cooperstown and Oneonta, which works well if you’re going to both cities. 「The property was perfect for our needs. We were two families who had kids playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park, so we were off-property much of the time. However, when we were there, we were able to take care of all that the property had to offer (pond for fishing, grill for cooking dinner, open space for wiffle ball, etc.) in a relaxing, serene environment.
