A single open space with a queen bed, thoughtfully designed with natural textures and a nod to its namesake tree. Studio layout that's easy to settle into, your well-rested launchpad for a TC adventure. Comfortable, honest, and exactly what it says it is.

OUTDOOR + COMMUNAL SPACES

Spruce guests have access to the Timberline Collection's shared communal area, seating, a picnic table, a new grill, and a large umbrella. A great spot to grill out and enjoy some in-town leisure after a full day in TC.

One dedicated parking spot included. Street parking available.


THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Right off the TART Trail, walking distance from The Filling Station, Raduno, and one of the more walkable stretches of downtown TC. A nightclub behind the building gets going in the evenings, every Timberline unit comes equipped with a sound machine, and most guests find it easy to dial out. We'd rather be upfront about it.
