1 Bedroom Guest Apartment with Kitchenette, Sleeps 4. This apartment is on the first floor of a passive solar home, directly across from the beach. It is adjacent to downtown. Park your car and walk and bike from coolest home in T.C. !

The Space:
Downtown Traverse City - on West Bay across from the West End Beach. This guest suite is part of a home that is separately available for rent AND it has a private entry off the front door. It includes a living room, bedroom (with a Queen size bed) and a full bath with a tub. The living area has a sofa bed (with a memory foam mattress), TV with cable, WIFI, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, microwave, sink and a coffee maker.
MOST IMPORTANTLY......you are downtown across from West Bay within walking distance of everything that Traverse City has to offer. PARK YOUR CAR!

Walk, bike or drive to our many restaurants, wineries, breweries, bars and food trucks.

Come for all our festivals, for the Great Lakes, for family and new friends. Use our place as a hub for all your explorations to the surrounding counties!

This is in a residential neighborhood, 3 blocks from downtown. Park your car when you get here and walk to great restaurants, breweries and bars.

Getting Around:
There is onsite parking in the back of the house (on the gravel drive).
