Modern Vacation Home "Valériane" with Pool and Garden

New architect's house of 333 m2 located in a private domain of great tranquility. 4 km from the Estérel massif, which can be reached on foot or by bike through nature, 25 minutes from the beaches of Sainte Maxime and Frejus/St Raphael.

This house consists of

- 3 large bedrooms from 28 to 35 m2, each with their private bathroom and WC and overlooking the garden

- a parental suite of 65 m2, equipped with a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, surrounded by a terrace of 176 m2 with a view of the rock of Roquebrune and the Maures massif

- a living room of 115 m2

- a large entrance of 33 m2

- a fully equipped kitchen

Outdoor you will find :

- a swimming pool with a length of 12 m, heated, equipped with a whirlpool bath and a sunbathing area (opening subject to weather conditions).

-garden furniture, table with a capacity of 12 people and a hammock area

- a bowling green

the heating on the ground and also refreshing allowing a real comfort, summer like winter. The materials used of very high quality contribute to the softness of the reception of the place.

The house is surrounded by a garden of 5500 m2, olive groves and woods over 2 ha, ideal for walks in an inspiring nature. with private parking.

When making your reservation you could benefit from services on demand such as; chef and/or caterer at home, mountain bike, golf club (men and women), boat rental with or without a sailor

the location of the house in the heart of the Cotes de Provence vineyard, 40 minutes from the gates of Nice, Aix en Provenceand Saint Tropez, with 9 high quality golf courses within a 3/4 hour drive maximum, including one 15min away;

And above all , do not hesitate to ask for any information on cultural and sporting activities , which are very numerous , especially in summer .

Super soirée

Ce fut une superbe soirée dans une villa magnifique et un jardin sans vis-à-vis ou on a pu profiter de la piscine et du terrain de petanque toute la nuit.
