「The hotel hardware is good (nice terrace with beautiful views to the mountain, great food at the restaurant, overall well maintained), but the software component is quite bad (terribly understaffed - one sole person is receptionist both to the hotel and restaurant, waiter, andhousekeeper any given day). The owner had a remarkable lack of hospitality, refusing simple needs such as one additional pillow (we were 4 people but only 3 pillows) or turning off the light when my kid was playing in the...

「lovely hotel on the outskirts of zakopane perfect for travelling to the mountains. room was lovely and clean and beds very comfy. staff were so kind and helpful with any questions and the restaurant attached had amazing food. only slight issue was a limited amount of parking spaces, we rented a car and had to park just outside the front door on our second night. not the end of the world though and we have come on an exceptionally busy weekend! highly recommend staying here」

「２回目の宿泊。今回は、クロッカスのために宿泊。ホテル近くのメルキュールホテル前からバスに乗り(6ズロチ)終点まで行って、2時間歩けば放牧場に。地図を見ながら、観光地の説明あり。シーズンオフでも盛況。前回はベランダから東側が見える部屋だったが、今回は西向きの部屋。正面の南向きはいくらの料金か？ エレベーターがあるので便利。シャワーは満足。連泊したが、タオルの交換があった。朝食は今回も満足。朝食は７時半から１０時。」
