「The property was nice. The scenery was very inviting and relaxing. The queen room was nice, all the charm and character of an old home was present. Breakfast consisted of a hot prepared meal, was delicious. The inn keeper was not very welcoming and inviting. When we arrived, instantly he was very grouchy and complained about how we booked the reservation. It was very off-putting. The next morning he did not acknowledge us when we said, “good morning.” It doesn’t take much to be pleasant...

「Budget friendly accommodations. Near train to DC attractions. Walkable neighborhood. Recommend a bit more essentials like body wash and shampoo.」

「Beautiful big house. Two of the light fixtures didn't work but it didn't really affect our experience.」

「The interior of the home was beautiful with the exception of minor repairs overlooked by the homeowner. The exterior of the house initially was terrible, with the grass uncut and shutters leaning on the exterior front entrance of the home. The homeowner stopped by the next day to address concerns and did have the grass cut and the overflowing trash can taken away from previous renters. Hopefully the homeowner will pay more attention to his beautiful home and property in the future.」
