"The setting was perfect, the description of a woodland retreat was spot on. We loved sitting gazing out at the squirrels playing in the trees and were lucky enough to have them come up to the door and peer in. After leaving out almonds for them we had daily visits.Seagulls Rest was beautifully styled, it felt welcoming and cosy. Thank.you to Tina who was so helpful with our enquiries. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. "The owner has personally built a superb shepherds hut escape . Hut was of the highest standard and thoroughly thought out . Shower was a delight , bed very comfortable. Kitchen well designed in a limited space . This hut has two comfortable chairs to relax in . Wood burning stove was not lite as property was so well insulated . Outside was so well designed, in the summer would be perfect . Close to A30 so some noise which for me was noticed as I live in the countryside without background...

"Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers."
