"Great location in old town, friendly staff, Good sized room, very quiet, located in the annexe building. Spa was a little disappointing because there were loads of kids running, jumping into the jacuzzi and talking loudly. Not a peaceful experience. Was a Sunday so maybe more relaxing during the week. Quick check-in and out. 5 mins walk from bus to airport."

"Go for it … everything is perfect here. Very well positioned walkable to everywhere important. Enjoyed great meals, Rimi express is a stone’s throw away. I explored the old town, central market, bus station, day trip to the Hill of Crosses and palaces … everywhere without taking a cab ever. The staff is super helpful when i ordered Bolt food as well. Did my laundry and got back with a suitecase full of clean ironed clothes and a sense of a great vacation . Just one request to the management to consider putting as many nespresso pods for at least the number of nights booked instead of no coffee or buy more pods for remaining days at extra. Specifically felt a bit dissapointing when booking was for a week !"

"The staff were fabulous and the highlight of this hotel, beautiful historic property in a great location Bed was comfortable, breakfast had great and plentiful options. Washroom was horrible. Shower /bathtub was so thin a hairbrush barely fits in the width of it at the front. Had to shower sideways. Handheld clip broken so needed to lay it on the floor of the tub to wash then pick it up after. Large faucet/handheld/rainfall shower head multifunction controls confusing to use."

"Elisabete was training on front desk for check in and check out and did a great job! Back exit for a quick route to the old town, buses right in front, and close to the central market and huge shopping centres. I had one of the older rooms but it was clean and comfortable. The layout of the hotel means you can hear inconsiderate people in the corridors, nothing the hotel can do and luck of the draw. 2 of my 3 nights were peaceful! Breakfast has a small but good selection and takeaway cups for coffee, great for an early airport start. You could also get breakfast-to-go though I didn’t try this."
