「Disappointing Six-Night Stay – Roaches and Lack of Management Concern We chose Homewood Suites by Hilton Palm Beach Gardens for a six-night stay based on its positive reviews, but our experience was disappointing. We found multiple roaches in our suite, including several in the kitchen. Maintenance came to spray our room twice, and when the problem persisted, an exterminator was brought in to spray as well. While we appreciated the response to address the issue, repeatedly dealing with roaches...

「Very helpful and pleasant staff.」

「Undergoing construction」

「This property should replace the toilet fixtures in the rooms. While most all hotels have installed "Comfort height toilets" this place has super low fixtures. Time to modernize.」

「Water pressure of shower too weak」

「Really it’s great for everything cleaning and staff working all professional. Breakfast is suitable for all ages. Thx. For everyone hoping to be there again next visit」

「It was okay, there’s a mean and racist staff named Bill at the front desk who gave us a smelly room and made racist comments and said he was joking. Of course we are black and felt uncomfortable.」

「Enjoyed our stay - staff is professional, helpful and friendly. Great parking, room is clean and updated, nice breakfast selection, easy access and walking distance to the beach. Pool was clean! Definitely will book again!」

「Good room」

「Everything was perfect for what I needed.」

「Room was beautiful and large. I couldn’t find anything wrong other than there was no hair dryer or coffee pot in room, it did have a microwave and mini fridge. But as for the room, it was so very surprisingly lovely and clean. I was hesitant due to it being an Inn and about $120. But after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. I will return to this hidden gem」

「Excellent place to stay; enjoyed the beach and the pool. Staff are fabulous. We received a complimentary charcuterie board upon arrival. We ordered room service a couple times and it was easy and fast via a link that was texted to me. We liked the Opal collection so much we plan to visit other ones.」
