「It’s a new hotel so facilities are in good condition generally, however there was no hot water from the shower which seemed to be an issue with the mixer as the sink hot water was fine. Breakfast is basic and you have to spoon yogurt into a plastic juice cup as there is nothing else to put it in, and only spread options were grape and honey in the small packets along with low quality baked goods. Typical of all the regular chains in US.」

「We stayed Fourth of July weekend and our family of four had a wonderful stay. Convenient location within walking distance to the waterfront. Outdoor pool was well maintained. Staff was very responsive unfortunately my toddler got sick and threw up all over the rug. Somebody was there within 30 minutes to deep clean the rug and dry it.」

「I’ve always loved the residence inn, this one was my favorite location so far! The lobby when we walked in was so nice and clean, very helpful staff. Our room was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was amazing! We got the studio room, it was very spacious and clean, my 1 year was able to roam free with 0 worries of her getting into something or getting hurt. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!!」

「A very quiet and efficient air conditioner. The pillows were very soft and comfortable. Did not awaken once during the night. Which is unusual in a hotel. They have a great area for dogs well. The staff was very polite, pleasant and efficient. It’s a perfect stop before driving over the bridges to get to the cape.」

「Well that was a pleasant surprise. I lived in Ptown for many years. We always looked down our noses at the Holiday Inn at the end of town. 「There was hair on the pillow. There was hair on the towels. There was hair on the bathroom floor. I had the front desk clerk come and change the sheets because there was a stain of dirt on the sheets. When you pulled back the covers. I was exhausted when I arrived and just didn't have the energy to go to a different hotel. The photographs are misleading. Do not stay at this hotel. I paid $300 a night and it was a complete total rip-off. It was worse than motel 6. It should have been $69 a night!」

「We had the pleasure of hosting some of our out-of-town family here over an extended weekend. The location is very convenient, close to both Manomet and downtown Plymouth. 「The room was very clean and nicely decorated, but it would have been nice to have a box of tissues and a hair dryer. Management could have been better. The owner never responded to questions about how to check in after hours. We spent five nights and nobody ever came to remove trash or replace towels. We had gone to the beach the first day we were there, got sand on the floor and the sand was there until we left because nobody ever came to do any cleaning.」
