Tournon sur Rhone is a regular overnight stop for us. Hotel le Chateau is an old building splendidly situated overlooking the Rhone. We were a little concerned that next to the main road it might be noisy but the double (or triple?) glazing was excellent - we didn't hear any traffic. The breakfast options were outstanding. Will definitely re-book on our next trip.

Chambre très bruyante, mal isolée donnant sur une rue avec beaucoup de circulation et écran de tv minuscule. Hôtel correcte mais ne mérite pas 3 étoiles

Je suis surpris pas votre commentaire, effectivement la rue est tres passante en journée, les fenetres sont neuves et triple vitrage comme vous avez pu le constater, en ce qui concerne l'ecran TV il est en fonction de la grandeur de la chambre , pour finir le classement a été fait par un organisme d'Etat qui controle tous les 5 ans et qui attribue les étoiles ...(le dernier a été effectué en 2023) ...

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Zimmer bieten tollen Blick auf den Fluss. Das Hotel einschl. Zimmer u. Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber Preis- Leistungs verhältnis ist o.k. Gutes Frühstück u. sehr freundliche Verabschiedung beim Check out.

Ich war vom schönen Ambiente und der tollen Gastfreundschaft im `le chateau`begeistert. Sehr freundliche und professionelle Abwicklung - grosszügiges (auch veganes) Frühstücksbuffet!

charmant hotel

bel hôtel confortable, accueil chaleureux, chambre spacieuse et moderne, salle de petit déjeuner vaste au délicat charme suranné, copieux petit déjeuner agrémenté de produits locaux. J'ai passé un très bon moment.

Haben zum zweiten Mal im 4 Bett Zimmer für eine Nacht übernachtet. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross, sauber, alles dabei. Auch Parkplatz kann man dazu buchen, was sehr praktisch ist.

Hôtel à partir duquel on peut tout visiter à pieds

Hotel ideal pour un sejour de passage dans la vallée du Rhône. Tres belle vue sur le fleuve et le vignoble. Attention :stationnement réglementé sur l'ensemble de Tournon et aucune possibilité devant la porte. Obligation de se garer au grand parking gratuit en bord de fleuvemais lilite à 4h en journee. Quai avec beaucoup de circulation mais double fenêtre qui rend le bruit supportable. La nuit la circulation est heureusement reduite. Bon accueil. Petit dejeuner tres copieux et varié. A noter : un ascenseur tres pratique pour monter les bagages. Pas de restauration. Proximité de la passerelle pour traverser sur l'autre rive

Matilda was amazing. We had great rooms and we’re in a great location. She was very helpful an helped make our stay very enjoyable. There is a police station next door, a walking bridge to Tain about 100 steps from the hotel and the medieval shop lined street was right behind the hotel.

Good location near centers and bridge over Rhone. Very nuce staff. Excellent breakfast. Only little minus is with parking, very small garaga and onky few places behind hotel.

Très très décevant pour un 3 étoiles

Hôtel très bruillant en bord de route avec beaucoup de passage sans fenêtre adapter Hôtesse extrême désagréable qui ne cherche pas de solution pour aider ces hôtes Qui se permet de dire en pleine journée de ferme les voler si on est embêter par le bruit Qui nous ne conseille pas de restau autour de chez elle La décoration ne fait pas tout hélas Qui n’a pas la base de la politesse « bonjour»

My wife and I were warmly welcomed at the Hotel Le Chateau and we found it extremely comfortable with excellent facilities. We were pleased to be able garage our car in a locked space attached to the hotel. The hotel was an ideal place for us to stop in our journey from the south of France to the north.

Für 3 Sterne sicherlich ausreichend, dafür jedoch hervorragende Lage direkt in der Altstadt und an der alten und wunderschönen historischen Fußgängerbrücke über die Rhône!

Hôtel toujours aussi agréable :

Hôtel de bord de Rhône, face à Tain l'Hermitage. Grande chambre, lumineuse et calme malgré la circulation. Petit déjeuner super avec des produits faits maison. Accueil très sympathique. Recommandé donc. En revanche, si vous passez le mercredi à Tournon, pensez à réserver un restau pour dîner car de nombreux sont fermés le même soir.

Hôtel de charme mais qui mériterait une rénovation

L'etablissement est.tres bien situé dans le coeur de tournon. Belle vue sur le fleuve. La rue est plutôt bruyante et passante. L'etablissement est de charme mais dans son jus. La salle de bain est antique.

En övernattning

Vi hade ett fint rim mot floden. Hotellet ligger perfekt i staden. Charmigt men lite slitet. Det finns ett par tre platser i garaget men det är mycket trångt där. Vi valde att köpa till frukost och den var ok.
