Très bon séjour

L'hôtel est très bien situé au cœur de Toulouse, a quelques pas de la place du Capitole. Comme tjrs la déco est soignée au Mama, on aime bien. Le Staff est super sympa, jeune et attentionné. Buffet petit déjeuner est très copieux. Bref c'était parfait comme toujours dans les hôtels Mama Shelter.

Equipe très accueillante, très bonne ambiance. Bien situé, proche du centre. Lit confortable. Salle de bain agréable. Petit déj de qualité. Une machine à café en plus pour le petit déj et tout serait réellement parfait :)

A funky decor, this hotel has a great location and a fantastic breakfast. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed that it was handy the major metro intersection in an area with good restaurants and we could easily get to the activities we wanted. We were unhappy that we couldn’t lower the temperature in the room with out opening the windows on nights when others were celebrating rugby wins or late night music. Be forewarned that there is very little clothing storage provided.

Great Location!

Cool place to stay. Lovely breakfast spread and cool rooftop bar. We stayed in the XL room which I recommend. Staff was lovely and very helpful. Ask for a quiet room. I think the lower rooms may be a bit noisy as it's on a main street close to clubs.

Le personnel est vraiment au top! Tout le monde a été gentil,et on a même souligné mon anniversaire.Les chambres sont bien,le lit super confortable. Petit bémol sur la propreté: Dans les 2 chambres,il y avait des traces de doigts dans la fenetre,et de la poussière sur l'étagère,dans la 1ere chambre. Le premier soir,il n'y avait pas de clim,et on m'a dit que tout ce qui pouvait etre fait,était de m'apporter une cruche d'eau. On m'a dit qu'on essaierait avec le technicien de nuit,mais il n'est jamais venu. Malgré tout,assurément,une bonne adresse à Toulouse

Gute Lage. Alles ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Sehr nettes Personal. Schönes und modernes Hotelkonzept. Die Rooftop Bar ist ganz nett aber ohne gute Aussicht. Abendessen im Restaurant war leider nicht so gut. Dafür war das Frühstück sehr umfangreich und lecker.

A very unusual, funky, and fun hotel. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, the rooms were sufficiently big (although somewhat weird!), and you couldn't ask for a better location if you're exploring the historic center of town. I'd happily stay again.

Hotel was clean, funky and super well equipped. Staff was delightful and the area was super cool with lots of great dining options around should you want a change from their - otherwise very good - restaurant. Rooftop bar is definitely a plus! Would recommend and go again if in the area!
