Just 18km from Toulouse, this detached villa from the 1980s, situated on the same enclosed grounds as the owners' home, is 300m from the center of the village of Frouzins and all its shops and services. Quiet neighborhood. The lakes of Paucheville and Bordeneuve, ideal for fishing and walking, are 2km away. Roques and its shopping center are 5km away, as is the Garonne River (part of the Way of St. James, the ViaGarona hiking trail, and the TransGarona cycling route). The Ramée leisure park (swimming and golf) is 7km away. The Plaisance-du-Touch Zoo is 10km away, as are the Aqualudia water park in Muret and the Basso-Cambo metro station. Single-story cottage (terrace accessible by 3 steps) with 3 bedrooms and 4 beds: entrance hall, kitchen with dining area, living room (dining room + lounge), 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm) (1 double bed 140cm) (2 single beds 90cm), bathroom with shower, separate WC, laundry room.
