Cocoonr Agency offers you this one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Toulouse, fully equipped for a perfect stay in the pink city. You'll love its contemporary decor and its ideal location for visiting the city.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A cosy living room with sofa and coffee table, flat-screen TV, armchair and dining area. The living room windows offer plenty of light in fine weather, so you can enjoy the Toulouse sunshine.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200), for which we provide sheets, bath towels and household linen. It also has a dressing area with hanging space for your belongings.
- The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped with hob, fridge, cooking utensils, microwave, dishwasher... The coffee machine is a Nespresso. The fridge is also equipped with a large freezer.
- A bathroom, open to the bedroom, includes a shower, double washbasin with mirror, and towel dryer. A hairdryer is also available.

- Welcome kit: On arrival, you'll find a small welcome kit in the apartment, including coffee pods and tea bags for your first breakfast, shower gel/shampoo and kitchen condiments.

The keys to the flat are kept in a KeyCafe safe located at 11 minutes' walk from the flat. Access limited to opening hours: 8am-9pm

L'Eclatant I loved staying here! The apartment is so cute, and the perfect size, and the owner leaves very clear instructions for arrival and departure. It was so close to the Matabiau train station, so I didn’t have to carry my big bags very far. It is also less than 10-15 minutes walking to the city center/ all of the main attractions, but toulouse is so beautiful it is fine walking everywhere. There are a LOT of really good restaurants nearby, and the owner included their own recommendations in their convenient website with information about the apartment. I really enjoyed staying here, and I would love to stay here again when I come back to Toulouse!

L'Eclatant "🙂 The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The central location made it possible to walk to everything we wanted to do or see. 🙁 We were very disappointed that we had not been informed about the work being done on the facade soon enough to make a change! It was totally covered in plastic, so we had no view. The grinding was loud and irritating. Especially when it woke us up earlier than we wanted. Someone was supposed to stop by and greet us, but no one ever came"

L'Eclatant "Unpleasant property in a great location. 🙂 Location is excellent. A 10 minute walk takes you to the Victor Hugo Market and then the centre of the town & the main shopping area. The metro stops are very close should you require them & the main railway station is a five minute walk from the apartment. The facilities in the apartment were adequate. 🙁 We were only informed the day before you took full payment for the apartment that there would be works happening at the building and we were sent a photograph showing the building covered in a plastic sheet. Unfortunately the works in question were the complete removal of the building facia meaning that not only could we not see out of any window but the noise of jackhammers from 9.00am until 4.00pm every working day meant that the apartment was not useable at all during the daytime. The late notification meant that we had no opportunity to cancel or amend the booking. In our opinion the apartment should not have been rented out during these works especially as notification had been sent to you on 09.11.23 and we were not due to stay until 22.12.23........Apart from this the whole apartment was in need of decorating and freshening up. Work surfaces in kitchen were chipped and cracking, there was black mould in the utility cupboard which meant the whole place smelt musty as the windows could not be opened due to the work being carried on outside, the carpet in the bedroom was threadbare and quite unpleasant. The management company were nowhere to be seen and have not responded to our emails since our return which included video recordings of the disruption. The corridors were dark and dingy and quite unpleaseant. We would not return to this property under any circumstances which is a shame because we loved Toulouse."

L'Eclatant "L'appartement ne correspondait absolument pas à la description. Le sol de l'appartement collait, la cuisine était sale et pas bien nettoyé, le canapé était tout de même sale et impossible de s'asseoir dessus, le tapis de la chambre était en très mauvais état et pas propre, les fenêtres n'étaient pas nettoyés et étaient de même très sales, il y a avait des traces sur la table de la salle à manger et la cuisine était grasse. De plus, une odeur d'égout était présente dans l'appartement !!!!! C'était horrible ! C'est une honte, nous n'avons pas eu de remboursement de la part de l'hôte alors qu'aucune nuit n'a était passé dans l'appartement."

L'évacuation de la douche est perfectible, il ne faut pas laissé couler l'eau trop longtemps ou faire couler l'eau trop loin de l'évacuation. L'Eclatant "🙂 L'appartement en lui même, très confortable et bien équipé. La présence d'un parking privatif. La localisation, proche de tout. 🙁 La récupération dans une boîte à clé se trouvant dans une rue où le stationnement est quasi impossible. L'accès très délicat au parking. Surtout, les travaux de ravalement de façades qui nous ont imposé de vivre sans lumière du jour pendant tout le séjour ! Et la mention ""peut occasionner une légère gêne"" n'est pas suffisante à mon sens ."
