"The hotel advertisement is not clear in that these are a mixture of building and chalets. You will need multiple lifts to get to the restaurant and swimming area. This can be long if your chalet is fair away. The room was not clean, no soap was provided, bed sheets were dirty, the floor had not been cleaned, no internet in any of the rooms, no complimentary drinks. "Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. La maison est très bien équipée, les propriétaires sont passés en milieu de séjour pour entretenir la piscine et étaient soucieux de notre confort. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité, il leur manque le son! Si on a effectivement les cigales, on a aussi le bruit de la route en contre-bas. Le bruit était conséquent le jour de notre arrivée,un samedi, c était contrariant. Heureusement, le traffic est moins intense le reste de la semaine et la nuisance...

"We had a good sized room with a balcony and a view over the wheel and water. The staff was incredible and supremely helpful. The room had a lovely 2 part bathroom and plenty of outlets. We had great suggestions for dinner and were escorted to our room including help with the bags. Great stay!"
