This 170m² single-family villa in Toulon/Var is a haven of peace and tranquility. With its 80m² terrace and 600m² garden, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has a private parking for up to 4 cars. You'll feel completely at home in this spacious and bright villa, which features:
A triple living room with a lounge, dining area, and fully equipped American kitchen (fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle).
A library and reading nook.
4 spacious bedrooms with dressing rooms or wardrobes. Three bedrooms have double beds (200x160 cm), and one bedroom has a bunk bed for children or teenagers. Each bedroom has large windows opening onto the garden or terrace.

The garden and terrace, closed and tree-lined, face south and offer a large gazebo and garden furniture. You'll appreciate the nighttime lighting on the terrace, perfect for enjoying long summer evenings.
The entire house is available for rent, excluding the garage. There is an electric gate and secure parking on the property. Bus stops are just a hundred meters away, making it easy to get to the city center or beaches. The house can be rented all year round, with a minimum stay of 3 nights. No smoking is allowed, and pets are not permitted. Parties and other events are not authorized.
