"When we arrived at the Griffin, to our surprise, our reservation was canceled. Apparently, the Griffin had a water leak and were in the process of repairing the damage. They said that an email was sent to us canceling our reservations 2 days prior. We were on a cruise at the time and did not get this email because we had no service while on the cruise. "A cosy sea front hotel above a pub. Room 404 had superb bay window for admiring the view of the beach and sea across to The Spinaker Tower. The room is bright ,warm plenty of lights, mirrors and storage.
