"We stayed in the triple bed room and it was spacious and comfortable. The check in process was a bit tedious as we were not provided the information needed, ahead of time. There is no front desk or staff present, we had to call an operator for the information. Otherwise, check in wasn’t too bad. Each person had an amenity kit and pair of slippers waiting. "I've stayed here multiple times, and I always have a very pleasant stay. The location is perfect, it's very central and you can walk to most places or hop on the subway, which is also very close by. The rooms are always clean and well-ventilated. The staff are extremely attentive and willing to help even if there can be a bit of a language barrier (though that's more on me for not having great Japanese skills). In terms of value, location, and staff service, I really can't think of a better place to stay. Can't wait to be back again!"
