"Det var mycket dålig service i samband med frukost tyvärr. Sur dam som inte hade någon service förmåga. Vi skulle vara ute prick kl 9.30. Otroligt rigid, inget leende, inget vänligt ord bara sur. Annars var allt övrigt ok, bra rum, skön säng, rent."
