This Amazing 1 bedroom Seaview large Apartment comes with fantastic seaviews from the terrace. All rooms are fully Air-conditioned with spacious living areas, satellite TV, equipped modern kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, diswasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, and tumble dryer. Parking is included. Dining table sets in living room, for relaxation on terrace you have table , chairs and sun-loungers.

Outdoor swimming pools with sun-loungers and sunshades to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

From the apartments you can visit all interesting tourist places easily. The stunning seaview, quietness of this apartment is ideal to enjoy the surroundings. Perfect for guests seeking getaway in a tranquil area but close to amenities. In the apartment you have total privacy, quiet and secure. Indoor private parking included. Near the complex there are several restaurants and bars on the beach.

The apartment is situtated just 30 minutes drive from Malaga Airport. There are bus and train service from Malaga to Torrox but we always recommend car to be able to enjoy the best landscape and villages along the coast. The apartments are excellent base for trips to interesting tourist places just 8 minutes drive to Nerja Oldtown where you can visit The Caves of Nerja, Malaga (30 minutes), Granada (an hour & quarter) where you can visit the magical Alhambra, a Moorish Palatine town.

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, sie befindet sich unweit der Küstenstraße, die man aber kaum sieht und hört. Der Poolbereich war deutlich schöner, als nach den Fotos zu erwarten war. Es gab (Anfang September), immer ausreichend freie Liegen und Sonnenschirme und teilweise auch Naturschatten durch die Pflanzen am Rand. Der Rasen war gepflegt. Wir haben den (sehr engen) Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage mit direktem Zugang zum Aufzug zu schätzen gewusst. Ein Auto sollte man auf jeden Fall haben, um in die umliegenden Orte zukommen. Achtung: Die Bilder der Wohnung sind nur beispielhaft. Unsere Möbel im Wohnzimmer waren beispielsweise braun und nicht hell.

Tolle Wohnungen mit genialem Weitblick! Lage ist etwas außerhalb aber wir hatten Räder und Auto mit, also kein Problem. War auch von uns so gewollt. Anlage ist sehr sicher! Alles Video überwacht und dass Gelände ist komplett eingezäunt.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen Super-Aufenthalt in dem Objekt. Der Beschrieb für die Wohnung im Netz passt zu 100 %. Konnten Sogar von Balkon aus Delphine sehen - leider nur kurz - aber immerhin. Die Wohnung war ruhig und sehr sauber sowie sehr bequem zu erreichen. Direkt aus der Tiefgarage geht es mit dem Aufzug (1 Etage) direkt vor die Wohnungseingangstür - krass. Das ist sicher auch für Personen mit Handicap leicht zu bewältigen. Zusammenfassend für uns ideal - nicht im Trubel mit vielen Menschen. Wir bedanken uns.
