"This place is truly a gem! The location was wonderfully off-the-beaten-track, making it seem even more of an oasis. The short walk to the beach was fun, and the beach itself was amazing. Breakfast was fantastic, with jambon, fresh fruit and warm, fresh baked bread. We can't wait to return. Ideally located for exploring the Costa Brava."

"as usual our stay was super apart from one person who seemed to run the breakfast room in the mornings and the resturaunt in the evening. she was very rude to us in the mornings on two occasions and again in the evening.we did bring this up with a member of staff called nicki, a very helpful young lady who said she will have words with veronica. after this her attitude changed dramatically. we will be coming down again later in the year but may look elsewhere as this treatment was uncalled for...

"stayed 23rd june for 10days in the middle of heatwave, 39 degrees!! had a 1 bed apartment facing the road , perfect for what we wanted, fully equipped, clean and tidy but beds a little hard. 1 bed apartments facing the road do not have air con and in full sun from midday until dusk so it gets extremely hot so went to reception and got a fan. "Overall, it was really good. There were a couple of issues with customer service and the information provided. There wasn't any mention during booking that you'd have to pay extra for the spa, and there was no water available in the spa either. Additionally, the room service menu stated that the burger came with salad and fries, but it only came with fries, and the burger itself was just bread and meat... These might seem like minor details, but they were quite frustrating, to be honest. On the second day, the receptionist didn't understand us well in either English or Spanish. However, the receptionist on the first day was excellent."
