「The hotel was clean and in a great spot in regard to access to the lake and public transport. The staff were lovely with flora and her dog biggie being the highlight of our stay. The warm welcome we got from them when we returned to the hotel at night ended each day on a positive note. The only down side was the cleaner came into the room when we left despite there being a do not disturb sign on the door. Someone also took our do not disturb sign from our door. 「ホテルのスタッフはとても親切でした。深夜に到着しましたが、鍵の受け取り方の動画を送ってくれました。部屋は広くて綺麗で、窓からは中庭の日差しが差し込み、とても素敵な部屋でした。中心部からは徒歩10分ほどです。徒歩5分ほどのところにスーパーがあり、周囲には飲食店があり、便利に過ごせました。次にベローナに来た時もここに泊まろうと思いました。 なおWi-Fiの電波が弱いので、オンラインで仕事などをするには不向きです。ただイタリアはどこも建物内は電波が弱いので、このホテルの問題ではなくイタリアの通信の問題です。」
