Hotel staff greeted us with kindness and professionalism upon our arrival. Allowed early check in after a full day of travel. Carried bags to our room, gave functional instructions of the hotel & checked in us when seeing us in the lobby area. Breakfast buffet had a vast fresh variety of food options & made to order espresso station. Dinner was delicious & elegantly served. Staff was attentive to us each time at the lounge. Price was very reasonable for the extended period stay.

Lovely property and the museum gives it a unique edge. Breakfasts were delicious - the hot chocolate is fabulous - and the dining room staff were particularly lovely. We had some confusion on arrival about the twin room we'd booked, which caused some concern and delay, but it was resolved after an hour or so. Close to the river and lots of the city centre amenities.

We had a fantastic stay. Our room with two terraces was spectacular. The light and outdoor space in the heart of the city was so special it made us not want to leave the hotel! The location was close to the heart of the shopping area and we walked to lunches and dinners almost everyday. The staff was superb. Always greeting us with a smile and happily answering all of our tourist questions. They even substituted the bottle of wine with a wonderful fruit assortment for us non-drinkers. A very nice touch indeed. Classy operation from top to bottom, without any hint of pretense or stuffiness. We can’t wait to return.

Nice location, rooms where up to date and clean. Parking was tricky with limited parking on road in front of property with an alternate parking garage (fee) that is undergoing with a lift (eleveator) which can only accommodate small and midsize vehicles
