The property is intended to accommodate family groups. Big parties or events are prohibited. Groups of numerous young people are not allowed.



Just a short drive from the beach in Torremolinos, Villa Paraíso impresses guests with its pool, jacuzzi and many amenities for a relaxing holiday along the Costa del Sol. Stretching over 3 floors, the modern holiday home consists of a spacious living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms (3 with 2 single beds each and one with one double bed and one bunk bed) as well as 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet. The villa can therefore accommodate 13 people and an additional 2 guests under the age of 2. Additional amenities include an ultra high-speed, fiber optic internet connection, air conditioning, a foosball table, a ping pong table, 3 large smart TV’s (with Netflix, HBO and Amazon), as well as sports equipment like an elliptical machine, weights and a spinning bike. The property is furthermore especially family-friendly as it offers 2 cribs, 2 high chairs, toys and a protective fence around the pool. Outside you will find a refreshing pool (open from April until the end of October) surrounded by sun loungers, a relaxing jacuzzi, a 600 m² lawn as well as a covered dining area with a large gas barbecue. On the first floor, your terrace with a comfortable lounge area invites you to delicious breakfast in the fresh morning air. In 5 minutes driving you will reach a a large assortment of shops, beachside restaurants and supermarkets. Furthermore, the golden sand of Torremolinos’ beaches await you just 2 km or a 4-minute drive away.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens, towels, basic toiletries and cleaning products are included in the price. Pets can be allowed upon request only.



A van with 9 seats (automatic) and a 125 cc scooter are free for you to use and have full insurance.



There is a super-automatic coffee machine (works with cofee beans, not grinded) provided with coffee, which guests will have to refill. There is also a traditional ground coffee machine and an osmosis water distiller.



The homeowner also offers selection of Spanish wines in the wine cabinet, which are are labeled with their market price and available for your enjoyment. Feel free to open one or all!
