To whom it may concern. The refrigerator was not working. Called the front desk and no one came. The television was a joke. The basic channel were not available. Not sure i will be back. The lobby and rooftop were renovated and well maintained. The rooms are very dated and don’t match the rest of the property.

This might have been the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at …….. Grounds were beautiful. Hotel and room were magnificent. Staff was delightful, warm and extremely helpful I would highly recommend a stay here, when you are in Bari
