Excellent Villa but in need of some restoration.

Cleaning company who had apparently been the previous day hadn't cleaned the property. Cobwebs in the living room and under the outside tables/chairs. One bathroom had not been cleaned at all, still stains/faeces in the urinal.Villa owner badly let down by the cleaning and maintenance companies. No reflection on the owner as she was incredibly helpful and easily contactable.

Family Golf Break

Excellent property, spotlessly clean with everything needed for a holiday. Although we had an issue, the host and her contacts had help at the villa within 15 mins. The golf was good, better than most reviews suggest and we will happily return.

Excellent short break

A 4 day short break with my daughters, the property was easy to find with exact directions, a spacious property with all the amenities needed. You will need a car to get around, but we knew that so no problem. Everything went without a hitch and we had a good time. I would recommend the property..

Lovely time

Before the stay Simone’s communication was 1st class, so we arrived confident we’d chosen well. The villa is well appointed and functional for a family holiday. Pool is clean and plenty big enough for a family. Our 3 children loved it, and we loved the private garden and being able to wake up and enjoy our own dedicated facilities. Kitchen well equipped, nice Dolce coffee machine and white goods to make living easy. The Villa is on a really lovely urbanisation. It’s at the quiet end, close to the back gate, the days and night are peaceful - until our little ones got in the lovely pool! It’s a good 20 minute walk to the resort centre. We’d hired a car for the 2 week stay. As we knew before hand. We also packed the kids scooters. Good to have the Spar and local food places available. Lunch choices are limited, but didn’t Impact us - but worth being aware of. The communal pools looked nice, but we didn’t have need to use. Play parks great and the Wednesday and Friday fiestas/market were great. La Torre is a great location for exploring. The local beach town of Los Alcazares was great and was our go to for a close evening meal, market, big shop etc. We visited La Manga, Cartagena, a full day trip to Valencia and La Zenia/Torrevieja.

Villa Holiday Experience

The villa and facilities were fantastic, pool was a lovely size for the family. Loved the location on the La Torre golf site easy access from the rear site entrance. Communication with the villa owner Simone was spot on, catered for all our needs. Just a 10 minute ride to the local village Roldan with plenty amenities. San Pedro just a 20min journey, lovely big shopping complex there with lots of shops/restaurants to cater for the family. Overall we had a fab holiday and would definitely use the Villa again, top draw thanks Simone 👍😎

Had a fabulous two week stay. The villa is lovely and quite clean a few things needed attending to but didn’t affect our stay. Our main complaint was the flies and that we couldn’t eat outside as we tried everything to get them to stay away. Possibly purchasing a few blue light zappers to have around outside to deter them as they became problematic when trying to eat or sunbathe But all in all we had a lovely holiday

65th Birthday holiday

Overall reasonably happy. Couple of minor gripes - only only proper sharp kitchen knife to prepare food - no welcome pack on arrival. This is the first property I've ever hired with no welcome pack so when we arrived after a late flight we couldn't even make a drink or some toast for breakfast - quite a few marks on the walls throughout so could do with a lick of paint - the main issue was it was agreed the pool would be heated as we were staying for 11 days but it wasn't - it was just about bearable to use but very disappointing. All that said I would stay again if coming to the area.

Neat and tidy villa largely met our expectations. Next time we’d come by car as didn’t appreciate that location is a bit removed from central facilities. The hospitality of our host was let down by weak support from the resort ‘Management’ Company.

La torre break

Communication with the owner was great- before and during our visit. The villa, which was really easy to find, was perfectly prepared for our arrival, so clean and well equipped. Great size for 6 people.. For us the best bit was the pool which the owner heated for us because of the unseasonal weather. Kiddies loved it. La Torre as a resort was disappointing. Though well maintained, we felt there was very little there in terms of bars, restaurants etc, so would not visit again.

La Villa es excelente. Tiene todas las cosas que puedas necesitar, desde todo tipo de electrodomesticos, vajilla y menaje de cocina. La piscina esta muy bien, y el porche al lado de esta, es genial para comer, cenar, o simplemente descansar. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y seguro. Lo recomiendo altamente para quien quiera ir a pasar unos dias de descanso. Ademas, si necesitais hacerle alguna pregunta a la dueña, es una persona muy amable y atenta.
