Casa Atalya - A Murcia Holiday Rentals Property

Located on the Mar Menor Golf course near the town of Torre Pacheco in Murcia and only 25 minutes from the nearest International Airport. This luxurious one bedroom spacious, 2nd floor apartment has lift access and sunny south facing balcony. Comfortably sleeps 4 with a separate bedroom that has either two single beds that can also be joined to make a super king size. There is also a king size sofa bed in the living room for further requirements. With a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, alfresco dining or relaxing on the balcony for additional space to take in the beautiful surroundings.

The bathroom has shower/bath, wash basin and bidet.

The complex has a large communal pool and outside parking and as mentioned improve your golf game on the Jack Nicklaus designed course.

There are local bars and great restaurants at the Caleia Hotel. The Boulevard just outside the gated secure resort hosts a number of fabulous restaurants and sports bar.

The property benefits from beautiful views of the mountains, perfect for winter sun.
