Made up with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and light filled open plan living, kitchen and dining this home has plenty of room for the whole family or a group looking for a getaway or short break. The master bedroom is complete with a walk in robe and ensuite located at the front of the home fitted with a Queen Size bed. The second bathroom is conveniently located near the other bedrooms also both compromising queen size beds. This property comfortably sleeps 6 x guests. 

This property is fully equipped with quality stainless steel appliances, outdoor entertaining including BBQ, Wi-Fi, central gas heating, evaporative cooling, and double garage.

o Week 3 – Friday 2nd January to Friday 9th January
o Week 4 – Friday 9th January to Friday 16th January

I recently stayed at Torquay Stayz house on the 6th and 7th of October and had a wonderful experience. The house was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The amenities were top-notch, and everything we needed was readily available. The location was fantastic, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to nearby attractions. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met for our stay. I would highly recommend Torquay Stayz house for anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant getaway in Torquay."

The place was exactly what we expected. The cleaning fees chaged whether by Stayz, the realestate agent or the owner are way over the top considering we had to clean and put away all the dishes, use our own linen and put bins out. Whats left other cleaning surfaces and vac the floor? Divide the clwaning cost by what would take no more than an hour and you have the highest paid cleaners in the country. This trend in stupid cleaning costs will have me looking elsewhere.
