Sunlight streams through north-facing windows, creating a bright and welcoming living space that opens onto a shaded deck—ideal for morning coffees, evening BBQs or simply enjoying the sea breeze. The home is well equipped featuring an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with direct access to the outside deck, 2 bathrooms and a laundry with washing machine/dryer. Enjoy year-round comfort with the split-system air conditioner located in the living area.

There is ample free on-street parking just outside the property and parking just inside the gate.
Nearby beaches, restaurants and cafes are all within walking distance, however, we would recommend a car to get around.
