"Great place to stay. All of us were very happy there. The back patio was popular with my 8yo. We really appreciated the toys and swings. The kitchen had a great selection of pots, pans and dishes including plastic cups and plates for the littles! Access to laundry was fantastic for us as well. The host is extremely responsive and friendly. Next time we come to the area we will try to get our reservation at this home. Only one drawback- no beds on main floor but we still enjoyed our stay very much. "

"This property was a huge disappointment and not as described. We were placed in a basement unit despite booking what was advertised as a “premier house.” It’s not suitable for six guests. we were only five and still found it inadequate. Basic essentials were lacking: just two rolls of toilet paper for six days (the host was arguing with us that there was more even though we have picture proof there was two), towels smelled of mildew, and not enough sheets for the beds we requested. Amenities like laundry and ironing were shared with the upstairs unit, which was a disaster. We never got to use the washer / dryer bc it was occupied the entire time during our stay. Noise from upstairs began as early as 7 a.m., and even after asking them to be quieter, it continued. The property feels neglected and is currently for sale, with no urgency to make it comfortable. The host was responsive but often rude. While we were granted a partial refund and allowed to cancel after a few days, the conditions were unlivable for the full week. What’s worse, we raised concerns after reading a negative review written just a week before our stay. The host dismissed it as inaccurate, claiming the guest was upset about a refund. That was false our experience was identical to theirs. The photos do not reflect the actual basement unit. Overall, the stay was misleading, uncomfortable, and not worth the money. We would never stay here again and cannot recommend this property."

"Communication was easy and nina was very accommodating. Place was clean and tidy and convenient for situation. Family was very friendly. However, keep in mind there is no kitchen which was not a big deal for me but for future guest who are looking for a room and want to cook. Regardless, would recommend people to stay. "

"We had a very pleasant stay and truly appreciated finding a dog-friendly place on such short notice. It made a last-minute trip much more manageable knowing our furry companion could come along.The location was excellent—situated in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood where we felt completely safe walking the dogs, even later in the evening.One point of clarification: the listing did not specify that the unit is located in the basement, which was a bit unexpected based on the exterior photo of the house. That said, the space was cool, clean, and comfortable.The listing mentioned two queen beds and two singles. In reality, there was one room with a queen bed, another with a single bed, and a pull-out single. What was described as a second queen is actually a sofa bed that converts to a double. The ridge of the sofa bed made it a bit uncomfortable, and we couldn’t locate any sheets for it. However, had we needed it, we would have reached out to the host.We discussed the bed setup with the host, who was very responsive and mentioned plans to update the VRBO listing to reflect this more accurately.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to rent again.
