"The worst vacation rental I have ever stayed in. No check-in available was available. Upon contacting one landlord, I was pressured to accept staying at another property, which is a violation of Expedia/Vrbo policy. I declined, and upon entering the property I booked, found that there was no bed, and was once again pressured to accept another property. Upon accepting this new property, it was empty. I had to ask multiple times for proper bedding, after spending four days on a train from Vancouver. Landlords do not appear to understand the difference between a Vacation Rental and a Permanent Rental. I left the property after four days in order to find more suitable accomodation with respectable landlords, my attempts to come to terms with a refund were met with the silent treatment. Shame on the people who operate this slum, and the people that enable them."
"We rented this property while we were undergoing renovations in our own home. The location was perfect for us as we live in the same general neighbourhood. The townhouse had everything we needed to call somewhere home for six weeks. The only thing we missed was access to cable tv which is not available in the unit. The host was very responsive to any inquiries we had over the duration of our stay. Overall it was a pleasurable experience. This was our first experience using VRBO. "
"The property itself is adorable, decor is really cute! The place was clean and quiet, and while you may hear some of the normal living sounds of the main house, it is still pretty quiet. I was able to relax! The property owners respond quick and are very nice, there was no question they left unanswered for me!"
