"Planned as stopover in Doha on route to SE Asia. Cancelled the booking well over a month beforehand due to the war in the Middle East - we were rerouted to Kuala Lumpa to avoid the conflict but hotel refused to refund the cost despite government advice not to travel to the region and plenty of notice. Not really the action of a 5 start hotel. All other bookings we made for this trip were incredibly accommodating."

"The breakfast and dinner was excellent and the hotel is very clean and the stuff are very nice and friendly my only complaint was there’s not much to do in the hotel beside the kids play room and the room there’s not other distractions unless you go outside "
