All standard rooms have a private balcony and a panoramic 180-degree view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. The beach view is "ON THE BEACH" as in, if you (jumped off the balcony you would land in it (not recommended). 1 Mile south of Topsail Beach Town.

Fairly clean, some dust found under kitchen table. Need nicer towels and washcloths. Comfortable mattress. Loved the deck! Very nice beach and love the decor. Lovely motel.

Beautiful views of the ocean

View is amazing. Enjoyed sitting on the deck every morning and evening. Bed pretty comfortable and I can be picky about that.
