"Made use of the laundry room to do the laundry. Friendly staff. Clean all over!!! PS: the toaster needs to be replaced as it does not work at all "

"Our bathroom was not clean upon arrival. There was a used wet towel hanging over the shower and the bathtub nor sink had been cleaned. I reported the issue to the front desk and asked to be moved to another room. Unfortunately they were sold out for the night. I cleaned the bathroom using the kitchen dishwashing liquid and sponge. The stay put a damper on the start of our trip but overall the hotel was in a nice location and we felt safe. "
